How does it work?
It starts with a click
The 99-night trial is automatically included in your Joey Mattress purchase for free. One mattress per household is eligible for the trial.
Then, the trial begins
The mattress gets delivered to you in a big blue box. The trial starts on the day the mattress arrives at your door.
Get cozy and comfy
It takes time to know the Joey, so play, sleep and dream on the Joey Mattress for up to 99 days.
Fall in love over time
Your body needs time to fully adjust to a new mattress, so take note on how your sleep improves over time and decide if Joey is the one for you.

How do mattress returns work?
First, shoot us an email
Email us at support@joeymattress.com to initiate your return within your trial.
Return and refund
In West Malaysia, we'll arrange your return pick up for free. In East Malaysia, we'll get you to ship the mattress back to our warehouse. Once that's done, you will be refunded in full in the form of your original payment method.
Why do you need the trial?
We believe testing out a mattress for 10 minutes in a showroom is not enough to know if a mattress is suitable or not. Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress and it needs space to relax and doze off.
You know what? Your home sounds like the perfect place to do just that.
