We are on the hunt for a Multimedia Designer to support our marketing team. This role will focus on generating eye-catching and brand-aligned designs for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, packaging, and our website.

In this role, your responsibilities are
• Craft Unique Designs: Create high-quality designs that align with our brand and amplify our marketing messages.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Art Director and marketing team to discuss themes, color schemes, and the overall look and feel of projects.
• Multi-Channel Output: Produce designs for a wide array of platforms including social media, email marketing campaigns, website visuals, and product packaging.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all visual assets meet the highest standard of quality, in line with our brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Assist in coordinating projects, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring timelines are met.
• Independent Creativity and Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to come up with innovative and effective ideas on your own. Be a self-starter who does not require constant instructions, able to independently drive projects forward with creative solutions.

This position requires

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, or a related field is ideal, but if you have exceptional skills and a strong portfolio, even without formal qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design software.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing your graphic design and illustration projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

In this role, you will
• Edit compelling videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, ads and other digital platforms
• Turn concepts into creative visuals that feel fun, bold and true to our brand
• Cut and refine videos based on performance insights to drive clicks and conversions
• Stay on top of social trends, meme culture, and editing styles and apply them to our content
• Collaborate with our brand and content team to bring campaigns and stories to life
• Manage and organize footage and project files clearly and efficiently
• Contribute your own creative ideas to help shape our visual voice and video strategy

You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, Joey Tan.

This position requires

• At least 2 years of experience editing for social media and ads
• Strong skills in video editing (knowledge of After Effects or CapCut is a plus)
• A good eye for storytelling, transitions, pacing and music
• Familiarity with social media formats and what makes content perform well
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple projects at the same time
• A showreel or portfolio that demonstrates your editing style and creative thinking

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with user generated content style editing
• Knowledge of performance marketing or ad testing
• Ability to shoot simple content if needed

This job requires you to edit our existing media assets in a marketing-focused way, and turn them into engaging ad assets that captivate our audience and converts them into buyers. This role also involves the managing of our media assets.

In this role, your responsibilities are
- Develop Social Media Strategy: Devise and implement a comprehensive social media plan that enhances our brand’s digital presence and audience engagement across various platforms.
- Generate Trending Content: Stay on top of trends to create engaging organic social media content that resonates with our audience.
- Platform Management: Handle the daily posting and audience engagement on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other related platforms.
- Content Strategy: Work closely with the Marketing Team and other team members to align organic content with overall marketing goals. Leverage excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives that captivate our audience.
- Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track the performance of content, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with our online community, responding to queries and fostering a positive, engaging environment.
- Content Assembly and Management: Assemble and repurpose content for all of our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu (Bonus)). Create and recycle available content from our existing assets library and from external content creators that we work with.
- Visuals and Logistics Coordination: Assist in visuals-related ad-hoc tasks such as booking photoshoot studios, liaising with photographers and talents, and ensuring that packaging samples arrive on time for marketing campaigns.
- Ad Creation Expertise: Possess strong skills in creating visually compelling content that can be effectively transformed into high-performing ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Understand the nuances of ad formats and optimization strategies to maximize campaign success.

This position requires

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
• Experience in content creation and editing (text, images, video).

- Video Editing and Post-Production Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of editing principles, pacing, and brand consistency to guide post-production direction. Should proactively assist in shaping final outputs, bonus if you can edit, too.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with editors, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure every shoot aligns with campaign goals and creative direction.
Production Logistics: Manage shoot logistics, from planning locations, lighting, and equipment setup to coordinating with talent and ensuring smooth production flow.

This position requires

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Strong skills in video shooting, lighting, and sound recording.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A solid understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, and storytelling for digital audiences.
