We recommend that you release your Joey Mattress within 30 days of receiving the product for your best experience. Actually, all our mattresses are always freshly made and packed for delivery, so you don’t have to worry about them being compressed for a long time at the factory.

However, if you have to keep your Joey Mattress unboxed for special reasons (such as if you’re moving houses), you can let our customer service know so that we can hold your delivery for you until a more convenient date!

The Joey 99-night trial is a 99-day (3 month) long period where you can try out a Joey Mattress in the comfort of your own home. Yes, this means you get to actually sleep, jump, and play on the mattress, fully test it out, and see if it suits you! 

To start your 99-night trial, all you need to do is to go to Joey’s website and place an order— and yes, you’ll need to make payment first, either in full or in our interest-free instalments (which goes up to 24 months)— and it’ll be delivered to your house for free.

After trying the mattress for a minimum of 30 days, you can decide if you would like to keep the mattress or return it within your 99-night trial. Returns and refunds will be allowed if the product is not dirty or damaged, so no worries!

During your 99-night trial, we suggest our customers to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days before deciding whether to keep or return it. Contrary to popular belief, our bodies actually need time to adapt to new beds! This is why trying out beds in showrooms for a few minutes won’t actually tell you anything. Professionally, 30-days is recommended as an ideal adjustment period.

Returns are super easy here at Joey. All Joey products come with a 99-night home trial. After trying the product for a minimum of 30 days, you can decide if you would like to keep or return it within the 99-day period.

Only one product type can be returned within one household at one time. This means if you buy 2 Joey Mattresses and 1 Joey Pillow, you can return 1 Joey Mattress and 1 Joey Pillow. Easy, right? All products can be returned if they are not dirty and if they’re damage-free.

If you’re in West Malaysia, returns for mattresses and all other Joey products are FREE, and we’ll make shipping arrangements for you.

If you’re in East Malaysia, return costs for mattresses would have to be borne by the customer. Joey can make shipping arrangements for you, or you can also choose your own courier. However, all the other Joey products (like the Joey pillow, blankets, and etc) can be returned completely FREE! We’ll also make the shipping arrangements for you.
