frequently asked questions

  • Do you have a showroom where I can try the mattress?

No, we believe trying a mattress for 5-10 minutes in a showroom is not enough to tell if a mattress suits you or not. On the bright side, we would be glad to offer you to try the mattress at home with our risk-free 99-night trial. If you don't love it, you can return it for a full refund. In some areas, we will even pick up your return for free.

  • Does the mattress get hot?

No, the Joey Mattress is engineered to keep you cool and comfortable. We don't use memory foam or latex, which can feel hot. Instead, our unique foam features open-cell structure that increases ventilation for a cooler sleep.
