Chinese New Year Delivery Cut-Off Announcement (2024)
As we approach the festive season of Chinese New Year, we want to ensure that all our customers are informed about our delivery schedules to plan their purchases accordingly.
For Klang Valley Customers:
- Joey Mattress Orders: The cut-off date for orders is February 7th. We encourage our customers to place orders for Joey Mattresses by this date to ensure processing before the festive period.
- Other Products: For all other products, shipments will also be managed through MTR/GDEX. As with orders from West Malaysia, we cannot guarantee delivery before Chinese New Year.
For West Malaysia Customers:
- Final Order Date: Please note that the last day to place your orders is February 6th, by 11:59 PM. We commit to handing over all shipments to MTR/GDEX prior to Chinese New Year. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery before the Chinese New Year celebrations begin.
