These Referral Giveaway Terms (“Program Terms”) apply to The Joey Foldable Mattress Giveaway (the “Program”) offered by Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd. (“Joey”) and set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for participation in the Program. Please read these Program Terms carefully before participating in the Program. By participating in the Program, you (“you”) agree to be bound by these Program Terms for the entire duration of the Program (Jan 22, 2024, to Jan 28, 2024). The Program is subject to the Joey Mattress Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein by reference. Except as otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein have the respective meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions as applicable.

To be eligible for the Program, you must be Malaysian and have a shipping address in Malaysia, each in good standing. To participate, refer friends to sign up and join this giveaway. Share your Referral Link provided by Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd. via email, social media, and other tools Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd. may provide. For each Friend who signs up through your Referral Link, your score on the leaderboard would increase according to the allocated points, and you will rank up accordingly.

The Top 20 referrers when the program ends would get a Joey Foldable Mattress each. The winners will need to email their shipping details to support@joeymattress.com within one (1) week for us to ship the prizes to them.

This offer is made to you and your Friends and applies solely to your personal referrals. The prizes can't be resold, returned, or exchanged, as they are a goodwill gesture from Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd.

Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd. expressly reserves the right to disqualify any referrals it believes, in its sole discretion, are generated by scripts, macros, or other automated or fraudulent means (e.g., using fake accounts) or violation of these Program Terms and to take action and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law against any user it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Program or otherwise acting in violation of these Program Terms, which may include, without limitation, terminating a user’s Account or participation in the Program, delaying or canceling the rewarding of the Joey Promo Code, or revoking or refusing to honor outstanding Joey Promo Code(s). In all matters relating to the administration of the Program, the decisions of Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd. will be final.

Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd. may modify, update, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you or your Friends in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Program.

PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND JOEY MATTRESS SDN. BHD. MAKES NO, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL, WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, ABOUT THE PROGRAM AND THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE IN TRADE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASE
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOEY MATTRESS SDN. BHD., AND ITS AFFILIATES, VENDORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OF YOUR FRIENDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE JOEY MATTRESS SDN. BHD. AND ITS AFFILIATES, VENDORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM, ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, THESE PROGRAM TERMS, OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT OR INCOME, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF JOEY MATTRESS SDN. BHD. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Program Terms, together with the Terms and Conditions and other policies and guidelines provided by Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd., set forth the entire agreement and supersede any and all prior agreements of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. In the event of a dispute about the party making a redemption or earning a Joey Promo Code, all redemptions and referrals will be deemed to have been made by the owner of the e-mail account that is associated with the Account used to make the purchase or referral associated with the offer's redemption, respectively. Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for communication errors or other matters beyond Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd.'s reasonable control, including, without limitation, any failures to award Joey Promo Codes due to technical issues. Joey Mattress Sdn. Bhd.'s failure to enforce any term of these Program Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Program Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Program Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

The Top 20 participants at the end of the program will each receive a Joey Foldable Mattress.

The giveaway will run from January 22, 2024, to January 28, 2024.

You can accumulate points through various activities, such as engagements on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, referring friends, and even making a purchase!

For repeatable ones, like sharing our post, you can do it once a day for the entire duration of the giveaway. So if you share our FB post, repost our IG posts, and retweet us once every day for 6 days, that's an easy 3 x 6 = 18 points!

NO! This isn't a giveaway based on luck, whether you win or not will be purely based on your actions! The winners will be determined based on the top 20 participants with the highest scores on the leaderboard by the end of the program.

We will be publishing the final leader-board scores (and therefore the winners) on 28th Jan 2024 on this webpage and also on our Instagram account (@JoeyMattress), so keep an eye out for that!

Yes, participants from East Malaysia are eligible to enter, and delivery of the prizes to East Malaysia is also covered. There is no additional cost for participants from East Malaysia.

Once winners have provided their shipping details, prizes will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe. Due to high demand, please expect the delivery to take approximately 1-2 weeks. Allow for processing and shipping time, and you should receive your prize in a timely manner.
