Delivery Deets
Here's the scoop on how we get your Joey products to you in Sabah and Labuan via MTR (if your address/postcode is within our delivery coverage). You can choose how you want your orders to be delivered:
- 🚢 Sea Freight — the wallet-friendly option. Arrives in 25–30 working days after your order has been shipped.
- ✈️ Air Freight — the express option. Arrives in 5–9 working days after your order has been shipped.

The good news: smaller items like the Joey Pillow, Bedsheet Set, Mattress Protector, Baby Mattress Protector, Blanket, and Sofa Swatches still ship to you for free via GDEX.
* Door-to-door service is available only for landed properties.

Not vibing with your Joey Mattress?
If you've tried it for more than 30 nights and know for a fact that it's not right for you, no worries! You can return it within your 99-night home trial. 😌
A heads-up before we get into the steps: returning bigger items (Mattress, Sofa, Topper, Foldable Mattress, Cloud Bed Frame, Baby Mattress) from East Malaysia means you'll cover the cost of sending it back to one of our warehouses. Smaller items (Pillow, Blanket, Bedsheet Set, Mattress Protector) are still free to return, nationwide.
Here's how we make the return journey as smooth as possible:
1. Drop us a line at support@joeymattress.com to kickstart your return during your trial period.
2. Once we're on it, snap some pictures of your mattress so we can give it a once-over. We're all about giving mattresses second chances by donating them. So we wanna make sure it's in tip-top shape for its next snooze adventure!
3. Once it's all good to go, we'll team up to figure out the best way to send it back. Let's find your mattress its perfect ride home!
4. When it's back in our warehouse, we'll process your refund right away. (Return shipping is paid directly to the delivery partner.)
