What if the Joey Mattress isn't right for you?

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the costs for East Malaysian returns, but we will help out the best we can to make it as easy as possible.

Email us at support@joeymattress.com to initiate your return within your trial.
Once we reply and start your return request, send in photos of your mattress so we can assess the condition of your mattress. We donate all returned mattresses, so we need to make sure the mattress being returned is not too dirty/torn up! We don't want to donate mattresses in conditions that we ourselves wouldn't use, so we very carefully assess return mattresses before approving them.
Once approved, we will work with you to look for possible delivery options for you to send your mattress back.
When you find a delivery partner you are happy with and the mattress is returned to our warehouse, you will receive your refund and the delivery partner will bill you for the delivery charges of sending the mattress back to us!

You will be refunded in the form of your original payment method.
